    Our month-to-month contracts require 30-day notice prior to moving out.

  • What documentation do I need to rent a space?

    A government-issued Photo ID, like a driver’s license, state ID or passport, is required.

  • Am I required to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

  • How do I make my payment?

    Options include mailing a check or money order, paying online through our website or payments automatically made by credit cards, savings or checking accounts.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes, a variety of moving supplies and more are available. For added convenience, click here and pre-order. Everything you need will be waiting for pickup during our regular business hours.

  • How do I know what size storage space is right for me?

    Use our online Sizing Guide or call for assistance.

  • Are there items I’m not allowed to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables are prohibited. For a more comprehensive list of prohibited items and uses, please contact the office for assistance.

  • Does someone in the office admit through the security gate?

    No, you'll be provided with your own security passcode and have 24/7 access.

  • Are hand carts and dollies available for loading and unloading?

    Yes, we provide complimentary carts to help.
